顺和煤矿首采工作面等长调斜开采设计

Isometric Regulate Inclination Design In First Mining Face of Shun He Coal Mine

摘要:

顺和煤矿首采工作面进行等长调斜设计,将工作面切眼在初始设计位置的基础上,以机头位置为中心,顺时针旋转16°,经过调斜之后的工作面增加了11575t可采资源;针对调斜之后的工作面,设计采用虚实相结合的等长调斜回采工艺,经过计算可知,调斜时每循环按照机头进1刀机尾进5刀的方式进行回采。工程实践表明该方案不仅提高了采出率,同时还解决了工作面等长调斜的难题,顺利实现了不加架、不加槽、不刷帮的工作面等长调斜,研究成果对工作面调斜开采设计及回采具有参考意义。

Abstract:

Shun he first coal mining face for the first oblique isometric tone design that will face cut position on the basis of the initial design to the head position as the center, clockwise 16 °, after tune after ramp may face increased 11575t mining resources; oblique after adjusting for the face, designed with a combination of the actual situation as long oblique tone recovery process, after calculation, transfer per cycle in accordance with the oblique head into a knife blade tail manner into five recovery. Engineering practice shows that the scheme not only improves the recovery rate, but also to solve the long-tune oblique face such challenges, the smooth realization without frame, without tank, do not brush the face of equal length to help tone oblique, research results face tone oblique design and stope mining with a reference value.
